Singeing - 72"

Singeing is the process of applying a protective adhesive coating on the surface of the warp yarn so as to increase smoothness, luster, evenness, weight and strength of the yarn. This process is very important to increase the efficiency of weaving.

Jigger Desizing - 84"

The Jigger is the one on of the most important universal textile, bleching , dyeing machine. developed by auto dyeing jigger machine.
Used for pretreatment of fabrics desizing, scouring, bleaching, dyeing and after treatment of fabrics & Working width : 84”

Tub Desizing - 72"

In jigger machine, fabric is dyed in its open or full width, then there’s no fault occur on creasing during the dyeing.
This machine consists of a small tub andtwo rollers located above the dye bath.Tailing effect also have minimized in thismachine.Working Width : 120”

Drying Range - 84"

Cylinder Drying Ranges are the simplest but amongst the most important machines used in Textile Process House.
The cylinders can be installed in stacks of 6-8-10-12 cylinders and with one-two-three or more stacks to form a range.

Zero & Zero - 70"

Zero Zero Finishing Range is suitable for processing Cotton, Polyester Cotton, Polyester Viscose type of Fabrics.
A.C. Invertor Drive & Control system.Machine can be supplied on both gas or steam heating. Working Width : 120”

Mangal Wash - 95"

While climbing on the success ladder, it has become increasingly important for us to deliver high grade assortment of Pad Mangal.
Even pneumatic pressor is transmited by sensitive pneumatic cylinders for dying effect. Working Width : 95”

Brushing - 105"

This Brushing Machine is highly sought after for its dimensional accuracy and efficient performance.
We offer to customize the product to facilitate our clients. Working Width : 105”

Up to 84" Width

Water Repellant

repellant-water

Water Repellant is a coating added to fabrics at the factory to make them water-resistant (or hydrophobic). Most factory-applied treatments are fluoropolymer based. Durable water repellents are commonly used in conjunction with waterproof breathable fabrics such as Gore-Tex to prevent the outer layer of fabric from becoming saturated with water.

Water Proof

proof-water

Waterproof/breathable fabrics resist liquid water passing through, but allow water vapour to pass through. Their ability to block out rain and snow while allowing vapour from sweat to evaporate leads to their use in rainwear, waterproof outdoor sports clothing, tents, and other applications.

Stain Guard

guard-stain

Fabrics treated in the mill with fluorochemical commercial finishes retain their stain-repellant properties best, making a store's application unnecessary. But short of calling the fabric maker, there is no way to know for certain whether a particular fabric has been treated; upholstery-content labeling on furniture is not required by law.

Soil Release

release-soil

All fibers get soiled but most of them can be washed clean because soap, water or the detergent penetrates the fiber; but this is not so with polyester or polyester blended cotton. They are hydrophobic and often oleophilic or oil attracting.

Fire Retardant

retardant-fire

A fire retardant is a substance that is used to slow or stop the spread of fire or reduce its intensity. This is commonly accomplished by chemical reactions that reduce the flammability of fuels or delay their combustion.

Heat Setting

setting-heat

The effect of the process gives fibers, yarns or fabric dimensional stability and, very often, other desirable attributes like higher volume, wrinkle resistance or temperature resistance. Very often, heat setting is also used to improve attributes for subsequent processes.

Wrinkle Free

wrinkle

Cross-linking is the chemical process to produce textiles with wrinkle resistance. Wrinkle resistance is achieved by the crosslinking of cellulose chains to stop the molecules from moving when in contact with water or other environmental stress.

Anti-Microbial

microbial

Fabrics treated with an antibacterial finish offer additional protection against bacteria and mold. These chemical finishes are designed to tackle the most persistent and resilient threats, but they are effective in combatting a wide range of microbes.

Crinkle Wash

crinkle

These fabrics are made by tightening the weft threads and modifying the heat settings. They usually have a backing fabric to help hold the crinkle in place.

Hightwist Wash

high-twist

It is a lightweight, balanced plain-woven sheer fabric woven of alternate S- and Z-twist crepe (high-twist) yarns. The twist in the crepe yarns puckers the fabric slightly in both directions after weaving, giving it some stretch and a slightly rough feel.
